SINGING CONTEST RULES AND ENTRY FORM

If contestant is under 18 a parent must be present to sign a consent form.
If a contestant reaches the final 12, they cannot miss a Wednesday night or they will be eliminated.
If a contestant appears to be under the influence of alcohol or dugs they will be eliminated.
All contestants will be judged based upon vocals, appearance, stage presence, Individuality, and
overall performance.
On the day of auditions, please see Diane at the front desk to sign in.
